NOTE 8 – PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT AND LEASEHOLD IMPROVEMENTS, NET

Property, equipment, and leasehold improvements as of September 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020 consisted of the following:

Depreciation expense related to property, equipment and leasehold improvements for the three months ended September 30, 2021 and September 30, 2020 was $1.09 million and $0.91 million, respectively, and for the nine months ended September 30, 2021 and September 30, 2020 was $2.97 million and $2.83 million, respectively.
