Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 12, 2022 the Board appointed Mr. Sabas Carrillo, age 45, as the Company’s Interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Carrillo is an industry veteran with 13 years of cannabis experience and has helped lead public and private cannabis companies through restructuring, growth, mergers & acquisitions, and successful exits during such time. He is the Founder and CEO of Adnant, LLC, an accounting and consulting firm advising cannabis companies on technical and operational accounting, strategic transactions, and the public offering process.
